Dr Dominque Endelema holds a Physics MA from Université de Grenoble 1, a D.E.A from Ecole Nationale de Radioélectricité de Grenoble and a PhD from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Physique de Marseille, after he spend one year at Fraunhofer Institute of Iéna in Germany. Since 1986 he has worked on anisotropy of thin films : modelization and measurements of guided and non guided optical properties. After he was interest by the problem of scattering losses so he worked on electromagnetic theory of light scattering of thin dielectric films to describe losses du to surface roughness and correlated volume inhomogeities. With more than 15 years of experience in programming languages like Fortran and object oriented C++, he is now a scientific softwave developer.
